We build and run these connectors ourselves. If a tool gives a wrong answer, an unclear error, or nothing at all, write to us and we will look at it and write back.

Questions, problems, corrections to a rule or a source, data requests and security reports all go to this one address.
What to include
- The connector and the tool, for example Domain Health and check_email_auth.
- The app you used it from: Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client.
- What you asked, and the website, domain or figures the tool was given, if they are not private.
- What came back, and what you expected instead. The exact error text helps most.
- Roughly when it happened, with your time zone.
Never send a password, an API key or a payment card number. We will never ask for one.
Common questions
- A tool says it is over its limit.
- Every connector has usage limits shared by everyone who uses it. The message says when to try again. Each connector's documentation lists its limits.
- A website or domain check says it could not reach the site.
- The site may be down, slow, blocking automated requests, or on a private address the tools refuse to read. A site that could not be reached is remembered for ten minutes, so wait before asking again.
- A result looks out of date.
- Website scans are kept for up to 24 hours so repeat questions are fast. Write to us to have a saved result cleared sooner.
- A rule or a source is wrong.
- Tell us which rule id or which source, and what you believe is right. Every legal or calling rule carries its citation and the date we read it, and we correct what is wrong.
- Do I need an account?
- No. The connectors are free, read-only, and have no sign-in.
- What do you keep?
- The privacy policy lists what each connector receives, keeps and for how long. To ask what we hold about a website, or to have it deleted, write to us.
