Terms of service
Free tools, plain terms.
Last updated November 3, 2026. These terms cover Site Check by Modern Mustard Seed, Dry Run by Modern Mustard Seed, Idea to Product Sequencer by Modern Mustard Seed, Own It by Modern Mustard Seed, Package Pricing Lab by Modern Mustard Seed, Domain Health by Modern Mustard Seed, Local Trades Kit by Modern Mustard Seed, Small Business Funding Finder by Modern Mustard Seed, AI Search Kit by Modern Mustard Seed, Call Desk by Modern Mustard Seed, Voice Agent Linter by Modern Mustard Seed, Connector Lab by Modern Mustard Seed, Contract Finder by Modern Mustard Seed and Market Map by Modern Mustard Seed, served from mcp.modernmustardseed.com and run by Modern Mustard Seed LLC, Kalispell, Montana (“we”, “us”). They apply however you reach a connector: from Claude, from ChatGPT, or from any other app that speaks the Model Context Protocol. By using a connector you agree to them.
What we provide
Each connector is a set of read-only tools an AI assistant can call on your behalf. They are free, need no account, and never sign in to anything for you. A tool either computes an answer from what it is sent, or reads public information (a public web page, public DNS, a public registry or a public government API) and reports what it found.
No connector sells anything, takes a payment, or asks for one.
How you may use them
- Use them for any lawful purpose, for yourself, your business or your clients.
- What a tool returns is yours to use, including in work you deliver to others.
- Do not try to get around the usage limits, overload the service, probe it for weaknesses outside a good-faith security report, or use it to attack or harass any website or person.
- Do not send us anything you are not allowed to share. The tools never need passwords, API keys, payment card numbers, health records or government ID numbers, so do not include them. Voice Agent Linter removes credentials from what it is sent before it checks anything, but the safest key is one you never paste.
- Point the website and domain tools at public addresses. They refuse private and internal networks.
Information, not advice
Everything the connectors return is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, accounting or professional advice, and using a connector does not create a client relationship with us.
Call Desk and Voice Agent Linter describe calling, consent, recording and disclosure rules with their sources and the date we read them. Laws change and depend on the facts of a call, so confirm with a qualified attorney before relying on them. Dry Run, Package Pricing Lab and the Idea to Product Sequencer apply fixed arithmetic and rules to the figures you give them; their results are only as good as those figures, and they are not forecasts or guarantees. Small Business Funding Finder reports what Grants.gov and FEMA publish and summarizes SBA loan programs from sba.gov as of the date it shows; the official listing, lender, SBA and FEMA govern eligibility, amounts, terms and deadlines, and no federal agency endorses our tools. Connector Lab reports what a software company publishes in public at the moment it reads it, and what publishers say about their own servers in the official MCP Registry. Its readiness score is not a security review, its blueprint is a design for an engineer to check against the API, and neither is a statement by the company it describes.
Contract Finder reports what USAspending.gov and the SBA publish, with the dates they cover. The official records govern: whether a business counts as small for a contract is decided under 13 CFR 121 by the contracting officer and SBA, not by size_check, and no federal agency endorses our tools.
Market Map reports what the Census Bureau and the Bureau of Labor Statistics publish, with the year each figure describes. It counts businesses, residents and wages; it does not forecast demand or tell anyone what to pay, and no federal agency endorses our tools.
Data and sources
Public data we use (such as Grants.gov, the U.S. Census Bureau, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, NOAA, NANPA and public DNS and registry records) belongs to its publishers and is used under their terms, which each connector's documentation names. We report it as we read it and cannot promise it is complete or current.
What we receive, keep and for how long is set out in our privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
What stays ours
The connectors, their rules, scoring methods, written explanations and documentation are ours. You may quote and share their output freely. You may not resell access to the connectors themselves or present them as your own service.
Availability and changes
We run the connectors on a best-effort basis. Each has published usage limits, and a tool over its limit says so and tells you when to try again. We may add, change or retire tools, change limits, or stop a connector, and we may block traffic that breaks these terms.
No warranty
The connectors are provided as they are and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. You decide what to do with what a tool returns.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Modern Mustard Seed LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the connectors. Because the connectors are free, we accept no other liability for them beyond what the law does not allow us to exclude. Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in Flathead County, Montana.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the date at the top changes with them. Using a connector after a change means you accept the new terms.
